Hello everyone!

For those who know me, my name is Psycho'. Some of you might recognize me from some Cod2 Rifle servers. I know a fair amount of your members for you guys have been around for quite a while. I was asked by ***3*** if I would like to team up with you guys for the new release of Cod: WaW . The game comes out today for me ( Im sure you guys have purchased it yesterday, but being in Quebec every video game is always delayed by one day because each game must be translated into French).

Work Related : Seasonal Work at Concordia University of Montreal, I work in the shipping for 5-7 weeks every time a new semester starts( day to night)
Hours Played a week : 10 - 15 hours ( Mainly during the evenings and day time of weekends, Friday & Saturdays Nights is a no no  )

Past Teams : i|hop ( Cod uo; Cod2 ; team leader left and the team died ) , Anarchists --{A}-- ( Cod2 ; Team transferred to cod4; My system could not handle it and I went inactive to concentrate on school, came back to find out they sold them selves out for sponsors and had no room for me) , RecKon ( Cod2 CTF, Assisted them out in Twl) , Vandalism or GotVD ( Cod2, backup for Cal CTF, I personally know one of the players).
Cod Community : Was part of the Twl organization for several months. I was part of the Observer Corps then moved on to become Twl's Second Cod2 AC-Admin. Duration about 5 months. Main leagues played in Twl, Cal, Cevo.

I'm a pretty easy going gamer, quiet at times. Clan Hopping isn't my priority. I'm Dedicated to my team to the full extent. I mainly play for fun, I try and help put my team during matches if I am available. I would like to mention that I am in the process of building my new Computer, almost all of my parts have arrived but the motherboard ( go Figure ). Anyway i'll be up and running by next week to start playing Cod: WaW and  I can figure out how the new style of game play is ( Never played cod4).

Please post computer specs I am starting to build new pc myself.  BTW.... i got the game WAW but it wont load on my pc getting black screen.

First off, hello psycho welcome to the forums.
Secondly, Blak, what are your specs right now? You running xp or vista? Have you updated your drivers?  Do you hear anything or is it just a black screen, like can you hear the startup music or can you move your mouse around and hear the clicks that it makes when you scroll over menu options?
If you have xp, do you have sp3 installed? The majority of this prob is with ppl that are using vista, xp sp1 and 2.
Also try moving treyarch.bik from your Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\main\video folder to your desktop so it doesn't load, it was a problem for some in the beta.  Is there anything you didn't install with the game?  Punkbuster or anything you think you maybe didn't have to install?  Lastly, try running it in safe mode.  Oh well, hope ya the best and sry for changing the subject....lol didn't feel like starting a new post.
