Transparency Tutorial for Adobe Photoshop

This is very simple..

1. Make an image on Photoshop.

2. Go to Image > Canvas Size to make the Canvas bigger, and you can even choose in which directions the picture will be made larger, as I will show in the next images.

3. keeping the middle SQUARE chosen will make it stay as the centre of the new picture, if you make it wider and taller.

4. Result of #3.

5. By Using the configuration as shown in the image above this sentence, only the area above the picture will get bigger, because of the SQUARE I chose in the Canvas Size setting.

6. Add your bigger part to your sig or image (I used a pic of my Habbo which will overlap the sig and need to be transparent elsewhere).

7.Go to File > Save As and save the file as a .GIF file, If you do not save it as .gif, it will not be transparent.

8. Final product.

Hope you liked/understand my tutorial.
